- 1. Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory. - 2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Anping County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. There is about 2 hours away from Beijing Airport. Welcome you to visit. - 3. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is our culture. Jinkang people always attach great importance to quality inspection from the whole production. And our new workers will be trained a week for quality control system at the beginning of working. - 4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For small orders, we require 100%payment when you place orders while for big orders, 50% T/T as deposit before production and balance should be paid before shippment. - 5. Q: What's your lead time?
A: After you place orders, we wil arrange the production as your requirments.
